Who we are

Headland Strength + Performance provides personal training, small group coaching, movement and strength assessments, and body composition analysis from our studio in Georges Heights, NSW.

Information we collect

We may collect contact and identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, suburb or postcode, emergency contact and preferred training time.

When providing our services, we may also collect health and fitness information, including your training history, goals, injuries, relevant medical information, movement and strength assessment results, body composition information, session records and other information you choose to provide. Health information is sensitive information and is handled with additional care.

How we collect information

We generally collect information directly from you when you submit a website form, contact us, complete an onboarding or consent form, book or attend a session, undertake an assessment or communicate with our team. With your consent, we may also receive relevant information from a person involved in your care or training.

How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess suitability for services, provide and tailor coaching, monitor progress, manage bookings and payments, communicate with you, maintain safety and operate and improve Headland Strength + Performance.

We do not sell personal information. We will not use health information for direct marketing without your consent.

Our website uses Google Analytics and may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how the site is used.
